Halle Berry shared her secret to having a wonderful skin; a homemade face mask.
The ex-Cat Woman, Bond girl and John Wick 3 star posted on Instagram a bathroom selfie showing her smiling face and neck covered in a white cream mask. Then, Berry listed the ingredients and explained how to prepare the homemade face mask in her new digital health and wellness community Respin. On @respin Halle Berry shares her nutrition, fitness and wellness routine since she discovered, with 22, she had diabetes.
• 2 tablespoons of brewed green tea.
• 1 pinch of turmeric powder.
• 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice.
• 1/4 cup of plain yoghurt. If you are vegan, try the suggestion of one of Halle Berry’s 6.1m followers and use coconut yoghurt instead of milk yoghurt.
How to use
Mix the ingredients and stir vigorously. Then, apply a generous coat and leave on for 3 min. After that, add a second coat and leave for 10 min. Finally, rinse with cold water and apply your usual moisturiser.
