What Taylor Swift, Queen Elisabeth II and Christine Legard have in common
Women in top positions are more and more often nowadays, we are on the rise.
According to Forbes, the 5 most powerful women in the world are German Chancellor Angela Merkel, director of the international monetary fund Christine Legard, Queen Elisabeth II, Vogue editor-in-chief and Condé Nast artistic director Anna Wintour and American singer/songwriter Taylor Swift.
They are considered powerful ladies because they have the power to influence the world just like we can influence it too. Because just like us, they do what they love, they fight for it and they make their actions count.
On top of that, what they all have in common is that they have found a style that they stick with, a uniform if you want. These women feel comfortable and confident in their clothes and their chosen look has been successfully working for them for many, many years.
Take the Queen as an example, she has been ruling the United Kingdom for almost 70 years and her colourful suits have been with her since the very beginning. Or Anna Wintour, who found her signature style with her flowy calf-length dresses showing her toned arms, the accurately cut bob and the big black sunnies. Or Taylor Swift who gained some kilos and now follows a healthy lifestyle and shows us that she still looks super hot in shorts. These ladies rock their styles and they own them no matter what.
