It may sound lazy AF, but sleeping is one of the healthiest things you can actually do. While you sleep, your brain disconnects and relaxes; you have to be totally relaxed to start your working year with the best foot. Use the weekends to treat your body to the most sleeping hours possible.
Be water my friend.
Drink like a mad person. Drink like it was 40 ºC outside. Try not to drink too much of course, anything in excess is bad for you, but having your body hydrated makes everything much better and easier. Happy body, happy mind.
