Getting to the gym to work out can be a real drag. So to stay at the top of my game when it comes to staying healthy, I like to follow so-called fitness Instagrams.
And one of my favorites is Jeanette Jenkins's (@msjeanettejenkins). She posts motivating workout videos, inspirational quotes, and clean food. It is everything you would want from a fitness feed.
