Lashes: better with oil
This is not a salad recipe: a little oil can do wonders for your lashes, especially if said lashes are worn out by daily mascara. Apply some grapeseed oil before bed, or simply use 1 part olive oil + 1 part water as makeup remover.
Wearing eye cream? Keep it in the fridge
Increase the power of your precious eye cream keeping it in the fridge. It’s a bit like when you do it with nail polish: unexpected, but with guaranteed results.
Embrace aloe vera
Not only aloe vera is my latest shocking discovery when it comes to hair (aloe vera shampoo forever and ever), but it also works great as the best moisturizer and a good acne treatment. Got a nasty zit? Use aloe vera for spot treatment.
Don’t forget some good ol’ lip scrubbing
Forget the annoying lipstick + chapped lips effect with some pre-bedtime lip scrub. And it’s incredibly easy to make your own at home, too: some honey and raw sugar will work just fine, for example. Just don’t eat it!
Cover your body in coconut oil
…and enjoy the pleasure of the smoothest skin you’ve had in years. Protip: it’s good for cooking as well.
