Paris Fashion Week is here. While editors, bloggers, stylists, celebrities and models from all over the world are currently rushing from show to show and from party to party, we prefer it, let’s say, less stressful.

From a classic Parisian breakfast place to a hip wine bar, we’ve got it all covered. Here is our list of places on where to go, to eat, to shop and obviously where to drink in Paris.

Right in front of the Louvre Museum near the Pont des Arts you find this very cute café. When you’re out on a walk and need some coffee or a pain au chocolate or a tartine – stop in and enjoy the unique ambiance. Or just go there in the morning: Order a Parisian breakfast with a latte and a baguette with butter and honey. It’s delicious!

You can’t be in Paris and not go into a vintage shop! Chezel has an exquisite selection of vintage luxury designers, mostly Lavin, Yves Saint Laurent and Celine.

With plenty of artisanal and organic food stalls as well as its impressive range of African, Italian, Japanese, Lebanese dishes this market is heaven for all food lovers. One of the best spots to eat on a Sunday afternoon!

This place is a bookshop, a bric-a-brac store, an exhibition space, a café and a bar all at the same time. Hipsters, families and boho-chic types are all tumbled in together here – a varied but very Parisian mix. We’re big fans of their Franco-African brunch. Oh and we’re in love with their cocktails!

Le Select

Hemingway, Henry Miller, Picasso and countless other artists and writers used to come here in the 1920s. Great place for “strangers in the night” conversations and a good whisky (or even two).

“Santé!” Visiting this cool wine bar is a smart way to get a taste of the famous and very hard-to-reserve restaurant Frenchie, that is located right across the street. The wine list spans France wines at all prices, along with several Italian ones and a few from beyond. Just ask the sommeliers for advice!

La Fidélité

By day this place is a bistro. Cool, modern and super stylish! At night its basement turns into a secret dance party for Paris’ in the known crowd. If you’re lucky you might spot some of our favourite French girls such as Lou Doillon or Lea Seydoux in the crowd.
