Aries is controversial. And, probably, it doesn’t even do it on purpose. If roots in the 80s/90s and extreme simplicity are among the two main trends this year, Aries mixes both, to the point that it ends up lingering between absolutely genius and absolutely annoying.
Sofia Prantera and Fergus Purcell came together to work on this label, which gets its name from astrology’s kitschy nature. Aries doesn’t just go full street style, but takes it further and beyond, embracing the blurred lines between kitsch and urban with stretched out arms.
This label is so simple and straightforward (but, at the same time, so not reminding us of anything close to normcore) that you either love it, or you hate it with a passion. Check the gallery to see more, and check out their website and Instagram profile.
