The last of the holidays to make your weekend long and trouble-less has come and gone. The umpteenth excuse to join your family and friends in a binge eating session to last all day long has left you with a full stomach and great happiness, and also a hint of guilt. The industrial amounts of chocolate wolfed down all weekend long are starting to show up as those annoying post-banquet pimples. What to do?

Here is a quick guide to get over that Easter food binge with nonchalance.

Give away the chocolate stockpile

Any chocolate egg leftovers? Hand them over to your niece and move on. If you’re looking to get over that binge, you need to keep temptations far away from your afternoon cravings.

Let your body know who’s boss

It’s important to let your body know that all the delicious meals you have been indulging in one after the other were just for a special occasion. Keep your lunch breaks and dinners light to remind your body who’s boss.

Drink lots of water

As mentioned in pretty much every one of our guides where we are trying to help you to get over a food binge of some sort, drink water. Like, really. A lot of it.

Embrace spring

Yes, it still takes over six months to Christmas, but the end of the big holiday streak doesn’t need to let you down. Spring is here, summer is near, the days are longer and brighter.

Try on your bikini

If you need extra motivation, wear your old bikini. Still fits? Great! It doesn’t? Use this information as you like, but one thing is for sure: you need a new one.
