What do Chinese take- away and cooking curry for friends have in common? Right, there’s ALWAYS rice left. Day after day you’ll delay the consumption of it, because, well, who wants to eat rice without a main? And after some days, you’ll find yourself staring at a fridge filled with dried up rice.

Not anymore. Mad at how much food we all throw away daily, I googled leftover rice recipes and was astonished of how much I found. Sites over sites that only dealt with what to create out of thin air and put on a plate offered me hundred of rice leftover recipes.

The past seven days I’ve hardly eaten anything that did not contain rice and am now ready to present you the best four ways to recycle your rice (I’m sorry, I hate that word as well!).
