On the occasion of the annual famous San Fermín (the running of the bulls) festival in Pamplona, Spain, it might be worthy to take a look at the incredibly talented toreador tailors.

If the golden, silver, sparkling costumes would hang on a clothes hanger, no one would ever believe that they are designed for the highly honored bullfighters in Spain. At first sight you would think that they are worn by pretty ballerinas or very fashionable ladies.

The extravagant clothing is an artwork that involves a handful of specialist tailors, who work day after day stitching the refine wire.

One of the leading names in the toreador tailor business is Master tailor Fermin Lopez Fuentes. With his shop “Fermin”, based in Madrid, he vests the brave toreadors since 1963.
