If you are thinking London for your next weekend getaway, we have one more reason for you to book that flight. Indian Art Week is back in the capital, brought to the public by Arts For India, the UK-based charity which works strenuously to support Indian art and spread the love.
This year’s edition will see auction houses, art dealers, museums as well as private collectors, galleries and hotels together to back this unique initiative. Apart from exhibits, Bollywood film premieres and auctions, one of which held at Christie’s, Indian Art Week’s second main aim is to provide for “underprivileged yet exceptionally talented art students”, who will have the chance to study at IIFA Institute of Fine Art in Modinagar, India.
Indian Art Week will take place in London between the 6th and the 13th of June. You can also be part of this opportunity for the new artists to be by clicking the banner. Notorious supports Indian Art Week. Do you?
