Fashion Revolution‘s mission is to raise awareness for the working conditions of those who are behind the production of the cheap clothes we like so much. Incredibly cheap clothing is not hard to find nowadays, and bargain is a good thing for us customers — but it surely is not for all the people who work 16 hours a day for a handful of cents in order to make it possible.
Placing a vending machine in Alexander Platz, Berlin, Fashion Revolution conducted a social experiment. Will everyone buy a 2 € t-shirt even when shown the conditions in which it has been made? Find out, and ask yourself: #whomademyclothes?
