Fashion Revolution Day: wear your clothes inside out and ask #whomademyclothes to support worker welfare.

Today social medias were being flooded with images of garments showing the label to raise awareness of the true cost of fashion and to celebrate best practice. Today is Fashion Revolution Day, a movement that started 2 years ago when Rana Plaza factory collapse in Bangladesh killing 1.100 workers.

So wearing your clothes inside out is not a crazy thing but a good cause. The idea is to bring more transparency to the whole production process; the origins of the clothes and if the workers in the production are getting a fair deal.

Important is to have in mind that we don’t purchase just a garment or accessory, but a whole chain of value and relationships.
