It’s All About The Eye – Beauty Of A/W15

We all admire eyeliner, it’s the best possible way to make our pretty eyes look even more fabulous. This season’s beauty has shown us all sorts of use for eyeliner. From the beautiful one on upper lashes to I-was-to-tired-to-remove-my-makeup-last-night-panda-look-one.

1. Tightlined waterlines

Pat McGrath the British god of makeup, black-pencilled the waterlines of the models at the Victora Beckham and Versace show. This little trick turned those cute, young faces  into a all grown up vamps. 

2. On upper lashlines

Charlotte Tilbury used a black chronographic liner on the outer half of the eye to create a straight downward turned line. 

3. Just woke up

After a night of heavy drinking, we mostly forget to remove makeup, not a problem from now on. Alexander Wang’s models got almost the same result by using blurred eyeliner on their lower lashes.

 4. Artsy

Diane Kendal applied the eyeliner in the most artfully way. She used massive, black streaks across the lids leaving the eyelid untouched. Fendi amazed us with feather-looking-alike black spots above the eyelashes.

 5. Dotted underneath

In contrast to Mary Katrantzou minimal collection, Val Garland, who is known for his abstract makeup skills, drew short, thick lines under the lower lash line of the models.
