After the wonders of Sala Bianca 945 seen in New York last December, Valentino comes back with some fine work to delight our eyes (and, hopefully, wardrobe?).
The Valentino Pre-Fall 2015 collection is a floral and galaxy motifs jubilation, co-created with the aid of textile designer Celia Birtwell and Giosetta Fioroni. Birtwell’s delicate embroideries inspired by Botticelli’s La Primavera cover most gowns, while pop artist Fioroni’s special contribution can be seen in the big heart carrying the sentence “Your eyes are the eyes of a woman in love” appearing on most pieces.
While these delightful embroideries featuring constellations and floral motifs represent the most charming part of the Valentino Pre-Fall 2015 collection, daywear offers a different kind of flair, with the presence of full denim and incredibly feminine camo prints. The seemingly classic cut of the line is made funkier by the most colorful high-knee boots.
