Tongue can build or can destroy relationships. What’s your case?
Notorious talks about style, fashion and graphic design, trends, décor, cosmetics… in brief, about everything that relates to beauty. But up to now, we have only spoken about external beauty.
From today on, Notorious will also have articles that talk about that other part of beauty, the inner beauty, which comprehends behaviour, attitude, education, relationships.
To inaugurate this new section, we’ll talk about the tongue, this tireless muscle!
Literally speaking, the tongue is one of the few muscles that never tire… Oops… maybe this is the reason why we never stop talking badly about people?
The tongue is a bridge between our inner world and the external one. Words are the tool that brings out to our mouths what’s in our hearts, hence, what you say reveals who you are.
Have you ever thought about how the world would be if, at all occasions, we’d be able to frame the right word, full of sincerity and love and respect, and without any shade of irony, malignity, irritation, envy, resentment, pride or contempt? If we were able to always use words to unite people, we would simply be happy.
If you are going to talk badly about someone, stop and think, think about three good things you could say about her (or him) and say them. The first time, it will be incredibly difficult, but the second and third time, it will become easier and easier… and through your words (spoken or written) you’ll be able to do great things!
