Recent news: Daniella Helayel leaves Issa London. Áslaug Magnúsdóttir leaves Moda Operandi. Actually, every day partnerships are broken, it’s normal business, but difficult. Easy to come together, difficult to split.

Well, what says one of the successful partnership in the fashion business:

Philippe von Borries and Justin Stefano, from Refinery29: …One of the reasons why a lot of partnerships don’t work out is because there’s a lack of balance. I think one of the things that we have is mutual respect. If you can maintain that, it’s easy to keep the partnership tight and effective, because you can really be honest and open and feel like, if you drop the ball over here, someone can catch it, and if someone has dropped the ball over there, you can catch it. (business of fashion)

So, respect, trust, honesty, and friendship seem to be a simple and effective recipe!
